From the tenderest beef carpaccio to lobster croquettes, mouthwatering burrata to tiger prawn tempura, our starters selection is merely a precursor to the main event - the meat.
From the prairies of Alberta, our Fillet, Striploin, Ribeye and Picanha are all AA+ Grade grain-finished beef, so you know you’re getting the very best. Closer to home, can we tempt you with a change to Porterhouse from the Lake District? Go on, you know you want to…
Pair up with your sauce of choice (sriracha mayo, chimichurri, BBQ or peppercorn) and a few sides (charred Hispi cabbage, roasted bone marrow, roasted heirloom carrots and our to-die-for triple cooked chips just some of the temptations), and you’ll be in dreamland.
Of course, you may (for some reason) not fancy a steak - so don’t despair, there’s always our incredible wagyu burger or sea bass that never fail to please. We have a variety of halal options.
Drink it in...
While we’re crazy about our cuts, we know more than a thing or two about drinks. After all, there’s only one thing better than a great steak - and that’s one that follows an incredible cocktail.
Our Old Fashioned ‘To The Bone’ packs a punch - beef fat washed Bourbon, Malbec and brown sugar syrup, celery bitters; if vodka is your poison, how about an Espresso Martini or our Peachy Pink? - Grey Goose, rhubarb and peach liqueur, lemon juice, rhubarb bitter and tonic water.
If you prefer something with a hint of the Tropics, try a Strawberry or Zelman Mojito - or may we suggest a Smoky Margarita - Reposado Tequila, Mezcal, agave syrup, lime juice, apple juice. We also have a wide selection of wine available.

Zelman Meats is at the heart of the action in London, at the junction of Knightsbridge and Sloane Street, just a stone’s throw from Hyde Park, Belgravia, Westminster, Mayfair, Chelsea, Belgrave Square, Kensington and Buckingham Palace.
We’re well connected when it comes to the London Underground - Knightsbridge tube station is just two minutes away by foot, while Hyde Park Corner is only a five-minute walk and Buckingham Palace is nearby.
