What’s Zelman Meats all about? Simple - a selection of the very finest steaks and meats prepared and cooked by fanatical chefs.
We don’t mind telling you, we’re meat freaks - and we want to share that knowledge with you - experience the cuts, textures and different flavours of remarkable steaks and meat. Yes, you’ll learn plenty - your favourite cuts, how best to cook and serve them, and what drinks to complement - but every day here is also fun.
If you’re seeking out places to eat in Belgravia, make Zelman Meats top of your list - we’re a stone’s throw from Belgrave Square Garden.
Best bites in Belgravia
So we’ve got your attention… but you want to know more about what’s on the menu. That’s understandable. Our mouths are watering just thinking about it too.
Kick off with wafer thin beef carpaccio, tiger prawn tempura, burrata or lobster croquettes. There’s also the Roasted Bone Marrow with chimichurri and sourdough toast… incredible.
You’re now nicely settled in and ready for your full meat fix - and what a treat this is. Choose your cut from Sirloin, Fillet, Picanha or Ribeye, or simply order the Zelman Plate (to share) - a cut of every steak on the menu. Our Canadian cuts are Spring Creeks AA+ Grade, grain-finished Angus beef from Alberta - Ribeye, Sirloin or Picanha. If it’s Fillet you fancy, our Hostein grass-fed beef from Poland will hit the mark. If it’s something else you’re seeking, there’s a wonderful Sea Bass or Wagyu Burger to sate your appetite. Whatever your main course, you simply have to order several sensational sides - black truffle and parmesan chips, superfood salad, roasted heirloom carrots, paprika roasted cauliflower and triple-cooked chips are just a few on offer.
You’ll have (hopefully) realised by now that Zelman Meats is not just your average restaurant in Belgravia when it comes to the menu - and that goes for the drinks selection too. It’s as comprehensive and far-reaching in terms of geography - we literally go the extra mile.
Like the meat, the wine selection is another globetrotting collection - bottles and vintages from Austria, Australia and Argentina; New Zealand, the Napa Valley - and everywhere in between. From reds and whites to rose, sparkling or even orange (yes, that’s right - the fabulous Lafage Taronja de Gris), you’re spoilt for choice.
That choice continues on the cocktail list, where you’ll find the classics here, albeit given a Zelman twist - so you’ll see names like Kick Ass Mule; Old Fashioned ‘To The Bone’; and Bloody Mary Twist.
Alcohol free doesn’t mean flavour free - Mocktails like our Amalfi Spritz or Zelman Lemonade pack a punch, while if it’s the simpler pleasures of beer or cider you’re seeking, our 1936 Swiss pilsner or Estrella Galicia will do the trick.
When it comes to Belgravia restaurants, we are at the heart of the action, at the junction of Sloane Street, with Harrods, Lowndes Square Garden, Kensington Gardens, Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park all close by.
If you’re coming by public transport, Knightsbridge tube station is just two minutes away by foot, and Hyde Park Corner is only a five-minute walk.
By bus, there’s a myriad of options with plenty of services running past our door - check the London Buses website for more information, but the 9, 10, 14, 414, 452, and C1 buses are just a few.
