Tasty place to eat near Mayfair
Allow us to be your travel guide, through the prairies of Alberta and the cattle herds of Brazil and Poland, to show you the cuts for which we are famous.
That’s after tempting you with a spectrum of starters which include Tiger Prawn Tempura, Beef Carpaccio and Lobster Croquettes (not to mention the incredible Roasted Bone Marrow), it’s onto the main event - the meat main courses. How about some melt-in-the-mouth Short Ribs? USDA quality, slow cooked with BBQ sauce - sensational.
When it comes to steaks, we have four prime cuts - Canadian Rib-eye and Picanha, both grain-finished Angus beef from Alberta; then there’s the Holstein grass-fed Fillet from Poland; and last but not least grain-finished Black Angus beef from Brazil. Everyone's a winner. For that extra flourish, add one of our sauces - Sriracha Mayo, Chimichurri, BBQ or Peppercorn. In the mood for something else? Then how about our Seabass or Wagyu Burger?
There are sides, of course, such as Triple Cooked Chips and Charred Hispi Cabbage, and if you have room there are desserts in the shape of a Tiramisu or Chocolate Brownie.

Plenty to toast
We put as much thought into our drinks menu as we do the food - so alongside a great wine list which features bottles from Austria to Australia, South Africa to West Sussex, we have a great beer selection from the likes of Meantime, Lucky Saint and Menabrea.
When it comes to cocktails, we think we’re pretty special. Our Old Fashioned ‘To The Bone’ is just that - Buffalo Trace Whiskey, beef fat, Malbec syrup and celery bitters combine for a flavour sensation. Whiskey drinkers will also love the Tropical Manhattan - our twist on a classic, it features Buffalo Trace Whiskey, Cinzano Rosso Vermouth, pineapple and Peychaud’s Bitters. Sweet and sharp all in one glass. There’s also the intriguingly named Camel’s Back - Hennessy VS Cognac, Baron de Sigognac 20yr, Copper Dog Whisky, Green Chartreuse and Peychaud’s Bitters. A quirky name but an incredible drink. The Smoky Margarita is just that - a smoky blend of Corazon Blanco Tequila, Vida Mezcal, agave, lime, apple and spicy rib rub, while there’s the likes of the Zelman Daiquiri, Figgin’ Thyme, Spicy Thoughts and Blueberry Dreams to also consider. Did someone say ‘spoilt for choice’?
If you don’t drink or are simply giving alcohol the night off then try our Mocktails. No alcohol, bags of flavour - choose from the Zelman Lemonade, Spice Apple Hit, Summer Sunrise, Amalfi Spritz, Red Passion, Fig Temptation, Mango & Orange Nectar and Blueberry Martini.

Finding Zelman Meats couldn’t be easier; we are in Knightsbridge, near many of the capital’s prime attractions - be that visiting Buckingham Palace, enjoying the fresh air and wide open spaces of Hyde Park, exploring The Ritz or taking in some retail therapy at Harrods, we are close at hand.
If you’re coming by tube or bus (rather than taxi or walking), then it’s pretty straightforward; the nearest tube stations are Knightsbridge (three minutes’ walk) and Hyde Park Corner (only eight minutes by foot).
