There’s Picanha - a cut first popularised in Brazil (sometimes called rump cap), which is wonderfully tender; if you like a little more marbling fat for a fuller flavour, then the Rib-eye is what you’re seeking.

The lean and juicy Striploin from Brazil is grain-finished Black Angus beef, while the Holstein grass-fed Fillet from Poland is the softest, most tender cut of beef you’ll eat.
