Prepared lovingly in our own ageing room, your Wagyu patty will be affectionately seasoned with only simple seasonings, so that the bold, buttery flavour of the Wagyu shines through with every bite. We grill to perfection, ensuring every marble of fat is delicately melted, basting the patty over and over again.
