Get shaken and stirred
Our cocktail list is not vast - we like to do a few things and do them well. What cocktails there are, however, will linger long in the memory. And there’s enough choice to keep you busy for a while pondering on what to go for.
How about the Zelman Daiquiri - our take on the classic featuring Pampero Blanco Rum, Strawberry, Framboise and Lime; then there’s ‘Blueberry Dreams’ - Ketel One Vodka, Blueberry, Pomegranate, Lime. Incredible. How about the Figgin’ Thyme - Tanqueray Gin, Fig, Thyme, Lemon and Tonic; what a combination of flavours. We’ve also a Smoky Margarita (with a spicy rib rub); a Tropical Manhattan (the pineapple and bitters work wonderfully with the Buffalo Trace whiskey); Our Old Fashioned ‘To The Bone’ - Buffalo Trace Whiskey, Beef Fat, Malbec Syrup and Celery Bitters; and last but not least the Camel’s Back - Hennessy VS Cognac, Baron de Sigognac 20 year, Copper Dog Whisky, Green Chartreuse and Peychaud’s Bitters. Every one of them will get you talking - and ordering a second.
On the wagon, designated driver or simply not a drinker? No worries - our mocktails pack a punch of flavour if not alcohol. There are plenty to choose from - Spiced Apple Hit, Summer Sunrise, Zelman Lemonade, Fig Temptation, Red Passion and Amalfi Spritz to name but a few.
The clue’s in the name: Zelman Meats. Sure, we have some amazing sea bass and our sides are sensational - black truffle and parmesan chips, roasted heirloom carrots, paprika roasted cauliflower - but you’re here for the steak, right?
Choose your cut from Sirloin, Fillet, Picanha or Ribeye, or simply order the Zelman Plate (to share) - a cut of every steak on the menu. Our Canadian cuts are Spring Creeks AA+ Grade, grain-finished Angus beef from Alberta - Ribeye, Sirloin or Picanha. If it’s Fillet you fancy, our Hostein grass-fed beef from Poland will hit the mark.
There are starters of course - we need to warm you up for the main event with the likes of lobster croquettes, tiger prawn tempura or wafer thin beef carpaccio - or the incredible roasted bone marrow with chimichurri and sourdough toast. It’s all good. Actually, it’s all incredible.
Where it’s at
So you’re coveting cocktails in Knightsbridge - no problem; head for the corner of Sloane Street - the likes of Harrods, Kensington Gardens, Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park are all close by.
